ROYAL MAIL STRIKE ACTION
Please note that Royal Mail may be holding a national strile on Thursday & Friday 22nd and 23rd October, this will cause some delay to spare parts and upgrades.
ALL HELICOPTERS WILL BE SENT USING PARCELFORCE 24 AND WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY ANY STRIKE ACTION
UK DELIVERY
All Helicopters and larger items such as Scale Fusalages and Flight Cases ship free to UK mainland addresses via Parcelforce 24, additional charges apply for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any other Islands that are not classed as the UK mainland by our courier. Parcelforce 24, 9am, 10am and 12 noon services are available for a small additional charge to most destinations.
All spare parts and upgrades ship free to any UK address via Royal Mail 1st Class post, 1st Class recorded will be used for any order that exceeds £30
Magazines, some books and some DVD's DO attract a delivery fee.
EUROPEAN and WORLWIDE DELIVERY
Helicopters and lager items can be shipped to the following European destinations via Parcelforce Euro 48:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece Mainland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
Spare Parts ship worldwide using Royal Mail Airmail. European Delivery is £2.45 for all spare parts with each additional item enjoying a 50% shipping discount. Worldwide delivery is £3.95, again each additional item will enjoy a 50% shipping discount. Any order over £30 will be sent via Recorded Airmail

Delivery Times
Royal Mail 1st Class and 1st Class recorded: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail International Airmail: 3-5 working days
Parcelforce 48: 48 Hours (not including weekends)
Parcelforce 24: 24 Hours (not including weekends)
Parcelforce Euro 48: 48 Hours (not including weekends)
What happens if my items do not Arrive?
To class an item as lost in the post you will need to wait 15 WORKING days from the date of postage until we can send you a replacement or refund you. This is becasue the Royal Mail wont class an item as lost until after this time period. We are afraid that this rule must be followed in all cases.
Any items that are sent via Parcelforce are fully tracked and the waiting times will be much less in the rare event that a courier delivered item is lost.
