AliciaJay.com is a trading name of Aliciajay Ltd.

Your contract for purchases made through the Site is with Aliciajay.com, and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

Aliciajay.com will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party except where an additional security check may be deemed necessary. No credit or debit card details will ever be held by us; all information is encrypted and verified by Protx and Lloyds TSB Cardnet, then destroyed. Personal information such as you name, address, telephone number, email address and details of your order will be kept for record keeping and will be used for nothing else unless you choose to register with AliciaJay.com.

If you choose to register with AliciaJay.com we will keep information such as your name, address, telephone number and email to enable us to keep you up to date with current products and special offers. This information will never be passed on or sold to any third party.  Please email us at customercare@aliciajay.com and we will provide you with all the information that we hold. All information that we hold will be held in accordance with UK law. You may log on to aliciajay.com once registered and choose not to receive any email communications from us if you wish with regards to special offers and product news.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, AliciaJay.com does not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from negligence AliciaJay.com's or willful default, or that of AliciaJay.com's employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.

AliciaJay.com does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Aliciajay.com does not accept any liability for loss, damage, loss of life, damage to property, personal injury, third party injury or third party property damage that may be caused by the use of any products supplied by Aliciajay.com

Helicopters can be dangerous; they must not be flown by those under the age of 14 without supervision by a competent pilot.  We recommend that all beginners of any age seek some training or supervision from clubs and trained pilots.

Please pay special attention to Lithium Polymer batteries

Never charge your battery while unattended.

Never over charge or over dis-charge your battery

Always unplug your battery from your model when there is a noticeable drop in power and never leave the battery plugged in when the model is not is use

Check your battery carefully after each flight for damage

Dispose of damaged batteries in a safe place

Do not attempt to use any battery with puffing cells

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, AliciaJay.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question.

You must email us using the 'contact us' form found in the contact us section of this website (aliciajay.com) within 5 days (2 days for batteries) of receipt of goods to advise us of missing items, damaged or defective items, we will issue you with a return number, this must be included with the returned item along with a brief explanation of the fault.

All items returned will be tested; if an item is found not to be faulty we will charge you the return postage and packing fee to have the item returned. If the item is found to be faulty we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us by way of a credit to be used at Aliciajay.com and replace the item or issue you with a full refund.

Some products may have a security sticker, if this is tampered with or removed no returns, replacements or refunds will be considered.

RTF (ready to fly) helicopters have special rules with regards to defective or damaged items which must be strictly adhered to. Unfortunately the small minority of dishonest people make this necessary.

You must check your model before attempting to fly it.

Especially all servo movement, GYRO function and receiver function

Double check nuts and bolts are tight and secure

Main blades should not be over tight, you should also be able to move them within the main blade holders with your hands, the g forces created by the spinning head will straighten them.

Always make sure your Transmitter settings are correct, pay special attention to the idle up/flight mode switch

Please do contact us if you think anything is wrong or you are unsure of anything before you attempt to fly.

Once a helicopter has been flown it cannot be classed as faulty.

For unwanted items (excluding batteries) we offer a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. You may return the item un-opened and unused in the original packaging for a full refund minus the actual cost of posting the item to you. You must email us using the 'contact us' form to obtain a returns number.

All refunds for any reason will be refunded using the original means of payment.

All small items and upgrades are posted using Royal Mail 1st class post; any item (s) over £34 in value will be sent using recorded post. To class an item as lost you must wait 15 days from the date of dispatch, this is due to Royal mail’s postal conditions which do not class items as lost until after this time period. Please note that we have to stick to this time frame before re-sending an item as there is avery high possibility that it will arrive within this time frame.

Courier Delivered Items are fully tracked, and in the rare event that these go missing the waiting time will be greatly reduced.
